This Shipping Policy outlines how we ship orders to our customers and what you can expect during the delivery process.
The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. We currently ship within India only.
Orders are shipped within 15 days from the date of the order and/or payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment.
Delivery is subject to courier company/post office norms.
Important: Platform Owner (MAFIAA WESTERN OUTFIT) shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company/postal authority.
Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate shipping address to avoid delivery issues.
Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration. Please check your email regularly for shipping updates and tracking information.
If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case be), the same is not refundable.
Include house/flat number, landmark, city, state, and PIN code for accurate delivery.
Ensure your phone number and email are correct for delivery updates.
Monitor your registered email for shipping confirmations and tracking information.
Ensure someone is available at the delivery address during delivery hours.
